Trisha was very helpful helping us pick out our flooring. We went with the luxury vinal plank. She figured out our square footage very quickly from a small blueprint of our kitchen, dining room, washroom & pantry.

Our experience with Flooring America was nothing short of fantastic! Originally we started out at Cape Fear Flooring only to be jerked around for 2 weeks. Constant phone calls to them, leaving messages, no return phone call not to mention it took 2 weeks to get a quote! Apparently they didn’t want our business. Soooo.... we went to Flooring America in Fayetteville NC and found Klinton McGee. We went in at 5:30pm on a Friday night. Klinton was assisting another customer so we browsed the flooring section while we waited. Klinton came on over to us and we discussed what we wanted. He said he would come by our house that evening to measure?!?!?! Mind you they closed at 6pm and it was a Friday night and we got there 30 minutes before closing time! Well he did as he said! 2 days later I had my quote, first thing Monday morning! Let me tell you... he BLEW the quote from Cape Fear Flooring OUT OF THE WATER!!! 3 days later we had new hardwood floors!!! The experience was awesome, friendly and super fast! The guys that put the floor in were very nice and worked hard all day long. We were so pleased, we bought them pizza! Customer for life!!! I would give more stars if I could! We will be back.... I got a whole 2nd floor that I need to get done. We will be going back to Flooring America!!!! Did I say how great they are???

We had a water leak in our kitchen that destroyed the hard wood floors. We went here and purchased new flooring for not only the kitchen but the living room, dining area, and bathrooms. It is waterproof, pet proof and looks like real wood. Klinton McGee hooked us up!! He made sure everything went smoothly with the purchase, delivery and installation of our new floors. He is very knowledgeable and stands behind the products he sells. Also, James and Bill who were the installers did an amazing job!! I can't praise them enough!!

Clinton was excellent in his knowledge and understanding of his products. He was prompt in his appointments. The crew came and did a fantastic job. They did a great job of trimming around the other rooms.

Klintonreally made the job so much easier. We remodeled 1800sq in a 1970 home. With all the choices we were overwhelmed. kilnton aided with all major items wood floor,tile (2bathrooms and kitchen) and wall paper. He helped with install, wall removal and now finishing touches area rugs. Really happy with our choices and all he did for us to get this done. If you are considering any upgrades go see him. Using a local instead of big box stores is a much better choice!

He was able to set up a same-day appointment to get us a quote and managed to have our installation scheduled for a week later!
