This was our second major rug purchase. The last one was delivered with blemishes. Jesse immediatly got approval from the rug provider to sent the capret back. It only took weeks to turn it around. As important, Jesse helped immensely on pick out the type, color and tecture of the carpet, He is the guy to work with?1
